It’s naturally sweet, light and crisp. It has all the natural flavor and aroma of the coconut retained as the coconut flesh is basically dried and ground into tasty and flexible fine parched coconut, without adding of sweeteners.
Desiccated Coconut also known as DC is mouth-watering confectioneries in desserts recipes like chocolate fillings & toppings, garnished ice cream & health bars. It is also essential ingredient for cakes, biscuits, baked macaroon, coco bread, candies and coconut-sprinkled cereals.
